Seven Programs We Are Proud Of

Cooking for Life Program

is a three months course taken by "out-of-school" youths who seek employment in the food and beverage industry. 90% have been employed by F&B groups. In partnership with the Rotary District 3780 and RCs Sto. Domingo, Midtown QC and New Baegjae South Korea, we graduated 164 students. This number adds to the 513 graduates of the program.

Green Chefmanship Training Program

in partnership with Earth Day Network Philippines, is all about promoting environmental practices in food production. 150 people received this training. We also supplied pure wild honey in partnership with Center for the Poor MSC in Butuan City.

Greentech Projects

Ozonation Technology. CEF- EMS have come up with the list of Best Green Practices and projects. One example is the Bokashi Technology, which was awarded as the most Sustainable livelihood after Yolanda typhoon in Leyte as recognized by the Ateneo Lingkod Simbahan.

The Earth Kitchen

houses the caramelizer stove, solar-powered food dehydrator, solar drier for buko shells and the slow cooking stove. In partnership with Tanging Yaman Foundation Inc, we fed thousands of Health Care Workers in 12 hospitals mainly PGH.

Super Manang

is an outreach livelihood program that provided 200 plus women living in depressed areas basic culinary skills. Think de-boning milk fish and tilapia.

Mobile Kitchen

is the first of its kind culinary school on wheels in the Philippines. It brings culinary skills training to different parts of the country.

Manila Food & Wine Festival (MFWF)

is a food truck event and gala dinner promoting Filipino cuisine. All proceeds of the MFWF became the scholarship fund that will help transform the lives of 500 deserving Filipinos.
