The Culinary Education Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization borne out of a life long dream of Susana P. Guerrero to provide deserving individuals with the training they need to succeed in the food industry. On September 2001, with the help and support of individuals who share the same aspiration, the foundation was finally created.

Annie Guerrero, the founder of CCA Manila, has always believed in this proverb. It’s the very idea that established, Culinary Education Foundation, a non-government and a non-profit organization that works hand in hand with Center for Culinary Arts, Manila. Its origin dates back September 2001. At CEF, we value food security.
